Force Performance

The following tool provides only raw approximations of force performance for women/men between 20 kg to 120 kg.
Actually, it is very complicated to have an accurate model of force performance for an individual. Instead of using weight and gender as parameters, it would have been better to take into account: body fat, muscle weight, morphology, technique and a lot of other parameters.
The ratios applied on weight are based on stats and on some sportive coach observations like the ones from Charles Poliquin.
