WHY TRAIN ABS?
With the proposed abs training with pullups/dips bar, you will mainly train:
- abs
- oblique muscles
The main advantage by performing this training is that you will gain in both strength and endurance.
WHAT IF I TRAIN ABS JUST AFTER EATING?
Exercises immediately after a meal is not advised. The intensive work of the abdominal muscles can pinch the filled stomach and intestine, hinder digestion and cause nausea. It is best to wait at least an hour or two after a meal before beginning to exercise.
DO I REALLY NEED TO REST 1 DAY BETWEEN SUB-LEVELS/LEVELS?
As said in general FAQ here, you don't have to follow strictly the number of rest day, because it is just a suggestion. Besides, abs regenerate faster than other muscles after exercise. So for most people, 1 rest day is not required and you can train your abs almost every day (with at least 1 day rest in the week).
