Training Rules

- Test yourself to know at which level you can start:
- Do all of the following exercises to warm up before the test: Warm Up
- Do the first serie of the first level. If you succeed properly, repeat by increasing the weight slowly until you fail
- Your corresponding level will be the succeeded level just before your failure
- Do specific exercises of stretching (corresponding to the engaged muscle groups) after the test; for more details: Stretching
- Rest at least 1 day before and after the test
- Do all of the following exercises to warm up before the training: Warm Up
- Do specific exercises of stretching (corresponding to the engaged muscle groups) after and during the training; for more details: Stretching
- Start the training at your corresponding level known from the test:
- As long as you succeed: go forward by increasing the weight (advised: +~0.5-1 kg)
- As long as you fail: try again or do another test to downgrade your current level
