Classic Body Score (CBS)

The Classic Body Score (CBS) is just a simple indicator to show the overall level you reached in main classic trainings.
CBS is computed from the sum of the Endurance oriented Score (EoS) & the Force oriented Score (FoS).

Endurance oriented Score (EoS)

The Endurance oriented Score (EoS) is computed from the following formula:

  • ( [max #pushups] + [max #dips] + [max #pullups] + [max #sit-ups] + [max #squats] + [max distance of running in km] x [average speed in km/h] / 10 ) / 2

Force oriented Score (FoS)

The Force oriented Score (FoS) is computed from the sum of Max Weights lifted in kg (MW_kg) for 6 reps of all the force oriented trainings:

  • [MW_kg military press] + [MW_kg bench press] + [MW_kg deadlift] + [MW_kg biceps curl] + [MW_kg biceps reverse curl] + [MW_kg overhead triceps extension] + [MW_kg upright row] + [MW_kg rear delt fly]

CBS Computation Example

For example, we can compute the CBS for someone with the following stats:

  • 100 pushups
  • 60 dips
  • 50 pullups
  • 300 sit-ups
  • 300 squats
  • 10km of running at 10km/h
    • EoS = ( 100 + 60 + 50 + 300 + 300 + 10 x 10 / 10 ) / 2 = 410
  • 50kg: military press (6 reps)
  • 80kg: bench press (6 reps)
  • 100kg: deadlift (6 reps)
  • 40kg: biceps curl (6 reps)
  • 30kg: biceps reverse curl (6 reps)
  • 40kg: overhead triceps extension (6 reps)
  • 40kg: upright row (6 reps)
  • 20kg: rear delt fly (6 reps)
    • FoS = 50 + 80 + 100 + 40 + 30 + 40 + 40 + 20 = 400

So here, we have CBS = EoS + FoS = 810, which is a very good score above of average people (especially when you have high scores in both: endurance and force oriented trainings).
