Training Rules

  1. Read the following section to know how to do the classic exercise properly: How-To
  2. Read the following section to get additional information related to this training: FAQ
  3. Test yourself to know at which level you can start:
    • Do all of the following exercises to warm up before the test: How-To Warm Up Before Running
    • Run as long as possible at the same speed (slow or fast, it has to be constant) and count your max running time
    • Do specific exercises of stretching (corresponding to the engaged muscle groups) after the test; for more details: Stretching
    • Rest at least 1 day before and after the test
  4. Do all of the following exercises to warm up before the training: How-To Warm Up Before Running
  5. Do specific exercises of stretching (corresponding to the engaged muscle groups) after and during the training; for more details: Stretching
  6. Start the training at your corresponding level known from the test:
    • As long as you succeed: go forward
    • As long as you fail: try again or do another test to downgrade your current level
